Return and Refund Policy
All skincare products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section as below.
1. All parcels are well packed and sealed accordingly. If the parcel is not in good condition when you received it, please don't let the postman leave.
a. Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
c. Kindly send us the photos by email (firstname.lastname@example.org)or send them to our customer service (016-247 9789), while after some inspection and checking with the courier service department, and we will ship out a new parcel within another two (2) working days.
2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defective products after you open the parcel,
a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service (016-247 9789)
b. We will do compensation within another two (2) working days.
3. If you found that the product received isn't the same as what you ordered,
a. Take a photo of the defective product and send to our customer service (016-247 9789)
b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can be returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within another two (2) working days.
